1. About Westcoast Trading
Westcoast Trading is a supplier of hybrid infrared heating panels and related accessories, based in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal. We supply customers in Portugal, Spain, and other European markets.

2. Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability. Westcoast Trading reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at its discretion.
Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the physical product.
Orders are only considered confirmed after written confirmation or invoice issuance.
Westcoast Trading is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website include VAT at the applicable legal rate unless otherwise stated.
Westcoast Trading reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to the order is the one confirmed at checkout or invoice issuance.
For larger orders and wholesale purchases, the following payment conditions may apply:
- 70% upon order confirmation
- 30% within 5 days after delivery
4. Warranty
In addition to the legal warranty rights applicable under European law, Westcoast Trading provides a 5-year commercial warranty for the following product ranges:
- ISP Eco
- ISP HB
- Hybrid PRO
The warranty period begins on the date of the original invoice.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Functional defects
Westcoast Trading may, at its discretion:
- repair the product free of charge; or
- Replace the product with an equivalent product.
A copy of the original invoice must be provided for any warranty claim.
Reasonable shipping costs related to approved warranty claims may be reimbursed.
The warranty does not apply in cases of:
- improper installation;
- misuse;
- physical damage;
- unauthorized repairs;
- failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Installation and Electrical Requirements
Westcoast Trading is not responsible for the professional installation of products.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that sufficient electrical power capacity is available before installation and use.
Hybrid panels (Hybrid PRO and ISP HB) are not suitable for wet rooms or environments with relative humidity levels above 65%.
For bathrooms and wet environments, ISP Eco panels with IP44 protection must be used.
6. Limitation of Liability
Westcoast Trading shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products.
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Caldas da Rainha, Portugal, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
