Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@westcoast-trading.com before returning any item. Please include your order number and the product you wish to return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging
- Not installed or mounted
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Return shipping costs
If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is paid by you, the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Westcoast Trading covers the cost of return shipping (see "Damaged or defective items" below).
Return address
The correct return address depends on the product. To ensure your item is returned to the correct location, always contact us at info@westcoast-trading.com before sending anything back. We will provide the appropriate return address for your specific product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping costs originally included in the product price are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@westcoast-trading.com. For faulty items, we cover the return shipping costs and will arrange a free repair, replacement, or refund.
Warranty
The ISP Eco, ISP HB, and Hybrid PRO product series include a 5-year warranty. Warranty conditions apply and may exclude damage caused by improper treatment, incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorized repair attempts. See our Terms & Conditions for full warranty details.
