Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is included in all prices
Westcoast Trading ships all orders from our distribution center in Germany via GLS or DHL. There are no additional shipping costs — delivery is included in the price of every product.
Delivery times

Delivery times are calculated from the date of payment confirmation.
Order processing
Orders are processed on the same day for standard purchases. For larger orders, processing may take 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Tracking
GLS and DHL provide shipment tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Larger orders and project deliveries
For larger orders, full-home installations, or wholesale requests, delivery is arranged separately as part of the quotation process. Specific delivery terms and timelines will be confirmed directly with you before the order is finalized.
